UPDATE : The previous issue experienced with sending certain email notification types has been resolved and is described below.
Mitigation steps:
-- The team has finalised routing email notifications through existing, functional email pathways, similar to those used for 'Invoices' and 'Meeting' notifications.
-- All email notifications have been successfully re-routed except 'Subscription Renewal Reminders' and 'Trial Reminders'.
Please be assured that this is an integration issue solely related to specific email notification sending.
The following features are not affected and email notifications are successfully sent:
-- Notice Board entries can be made and email notifications are sent
-- Group Chat entries can be made and email notifications are sent
-- Invoices (levy notices) can continue to be created and emails successfully sent
-- Meetings can continue to be created and emails successfully sent
-- Decision Maker entries can can be made however, no email notification is sent
-- Users who have forgotten their passwords can successfully request a password reset
-- Users can successfully change their contact email address
-- Authorised users can successfully add people with new email addresses (eg, a new owner)
The following features are affected, only as follows:
-- Some account related emails are not being sent (trial reminders and subscription renewal reminders)
The email notification features that were previously affected during August 2025, were as follows:
-- Notice Board entries could be made however, no email notification were sent
-- Group Chat entries could be made however, no email notification were sent
-- Decision Maker entries could be made however, no email notification were sent
-- Some account related emails notifications were not sent (password resets and new user invites)
